Gidroplast: Producing Russia's Finest Strapping Bands

Gidroplast Group has been producing Russia’s finest strapping bands for the packaging industry since 1995. That’s why we were thrilled to have been approached by Gidroplast’s representatives in 2013 to join their legacy by supplying their Moscow production facility with a PP strapping band extrusion lines.

Our team of extrusioneers worked closely with Gidroplast to create the perfect extrusion solution: a variant of our JC-SPP Series PP strapping band extrusion line, capable of generating up to eight 5-12 mm PP straps at a rate of 300 kg/hr. This extrusion line, a marvel of efficiency, reliability, and quality, has allowed Girdroplast to expand its operations and solidify a position as one of Russia’s premier suppliers of packaging materials.
