The 117 years old professional rope producer goes for PLASCO

After numerous of successful joint development and collaboration abroad, the symbolic rope manufacturer in Japan has decided to installed one PLASCO monofilament extrusion line at Kushiro, Hokkaido facility to upgrading its own production for HDPE monofilament.

It was an honour to collaborate with the 117 years old professional rope producer, who grown along and witness the evolution of rope development. Literally the history of the company is history of textile rope.

In fact, the initial cooperation goes all the way from year 2012, PLASCO has installed first monofilament extrusion line in Vietnam through joint collaboration. With proven success, 2 more line was added within 2 years at the same Vietnam facility. Follow by, the 4th line was installed in Japan facility by year 2016.
